Dr. Christina Allan a licensed Naturopathic Doctor in British Columbia, with a passion for helping women across all stages of life understand their bodies, navigate change, and make informed decisions about their health. She combines clinical expertise with a compassionate, individualized approach to create care plans focused on exploring underlying factors and supporting overall wellbeing.

She has a clinical interest in hormone support, menstrual irregularities, menopause, stress management and mental health, though she supports patients across a wide range of conditions seeking compassionate, collaborative care. Using a blend of nutrition, lifestyle guidance, herbal and nutraceutical therapies, acupuncture, and intramuscular vitamin therapy, she develops care plans tailored to each patients unique body, lifestyle, and goals.
