Meet Dr. Christina, ND
Dr. Christina has always had a deep commitment to helping others and a passion for understanding the human body. This led her to complete her Bachelor of Science (Honours) degree from the University of Queens before returning to British Columbia to earn her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine.
Her academic background in biology, with a focus on both human and plant sciences, provides a strong foundation that aligns seamlessly with the principles of naturopathic medicine. She was drawn to this field for its focus on supporting the body’s natural processes, honouring the mind-body connection, and spending meaningful time with patients to explore the factors contributing to their unique health concerns.
Dr. Christina works with women at all stages of life providing guidance and support around hormone health, stress management, and overall wellness. Her clinical focus is on women’s health, hormone support, stress management, and mental health, though she supports patients across a wide range of conditions seeking compassionate, collaborative care. Her approach is rooted in education, empowerment, and collaboration, creating personalized care plans that may integrate nutrition, lifestyle guidance, herbal and nutraceutical approaches, acupuncture, and intramuscular vitamin therapy.
She emphasizes a patient-centered approach, prioritizing each individual’s experience. Her non-negotiables define her care: she will never dismiss symptoms simply because labs look “normal”, never rush appointments, and never use a one-size-fits-all approach. Every patient’s story is unique, and she believes their care should reflect that. Her goal is to create a space where patients feel heard, seen, and supported throughout their health journey.
Outside the clinic, she enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking, reading, and quality time with friends and family - often accompanied by her beloved English bulldog.
Her mission is simple: to educate, guide, and support women in understanding their bodies and feeling confident as they navigating the changes of life.
